Kyuramen x TBaar

New York-based ramen and tea bar combo Kyuramen x TBaar opened at 7726 Poplar Ave. in Germantown on Thursday, Aug. 29.

This is the first Kyruman x TBaar location in Tennessee and the second in the Memphis area.

Poke Paradise

Chef Jimmi Sinh, known as Sushi Jimmi, has opened a brick-and-mortar location for his Poke Paradise food truck.

The 1,500-square-foot restaurant is primarily for to-go orders but limited seating will be available. 

La Roche

Lebanese-Armenian restaurant La Roche will open at 916 Cooper St. on Saturday, Sep. 14, at the Cooper-Young Festival. 

Owner Mounir El-Mourabi said that they will serve and cook street food, such as shawarma kebabs and sandwiches, for customers on the front patio while the inside remains closed.
