Memphis has been named No. 4 on Yelp’s list of top 10 barbecue cities in the U.S. — but for local pitmasters and fans alike, the Bluff City will always be the true capital of ’cue.
Yelp’s rankings, released this week, analyzed consumer interest, total barbecue business count and average ratings to create a list representing barbecue excellence across the country.
