Omi Blu decided to become vegan when she was 16.
“But let’s be clear, I wasn’t a healthy, plant-based consumer at that time,” she said, with a laugh. “I was drinking my water and nibbling on my Twizzlers, and I thought I was a healthy vegan back then.”
