Hive East Memphis to open by late August with more than bagels

Hive is set to open its East Memphis location less than a year after the initial announcement.
Hive’s second location, at 585 Erin Drive in the former Holiday Deli & Ham Co. space, has gotten a lot of buzz since it was announced in September 2025. Hive serves scratch-made bagels, pastries and more.
“This is going to be great,” said chef and owner Josh Steiner. “I can already tell.”
