Harrison Williams has had his share of ups and downs over the last couple of years. A good performance this week, however, could put the former Memphis University School standout on the grandest stage of all.
Williams, 28, is in Eugene, Oregon, for the United States decathlon trials Friday and Saturday. A top-three finish will send him to the Paris Olympics in late July.
Williams is on a very short list of the best athletes ever to come out of Memphis.
