Tulane’s baseball team secured a series win against Memphis with a 3-0 victory at FedExPark on Saturday.
The Green Wave also beat Memphis 3-2 on Friday and the two teams will close the weekend with a game at 1:05 p.m. Sunday.
Sunday’s game will have major conference tournament implications for the Tigers because only eight of the 10 American Athletic Conference teams will qualify for the conference tournament. Memphis is in a three-way tie for eighth place with UAB and Wichita State.
