USL League Two coming to Memphis in 2026

A new local soccer team is set to kick off in 2026.

On Thursday, Sept. 18, officials from USL League 2 announced that Memphis FC will begin play next season. League 2 is essentially the fourth tier of soccer in the United States, and Memphis FC will serve to provide a pathway for local talent to develop into professionals.
