Quail Ridge Golf Course’s sale to Bartlett nearly complete

By , Special to The Daily Memphian Published: January 28, 2026 4:00 AM CT

The City of Bartlett’s push to buy and begin rehab of the Quail Ridge Golf Course is nearly complete.

The city’s Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting to vote on the future management of the course at 4055 Altruria Road initially was scheduled for Tuesday evening. The winter weather forced city officials to move a special work session and final consideration on the matter to Thursday.

A management-service agreement with Mallard Pointe Golf Management is part of the board consideration.
