Collierville leaders will consider the town’s budget with a property tax increase at their next meeting June 9.

The budget will take effect July 1 and last through June 30, 2026. The annual decision by Collierville comes after months of work sessions where elected officials and town staff review every aspect of the financial document.

The Board of Mayor and Aldermen approved the budget on second reading Tuesday evening after a public hearing about the 12-cent increase. Only one resident spoke, calling the tax increase unreasonable.
