Collierville to consider 2 more liquor stores, reaching limit

Two liquor stores want to open in Collierville, pushing the town to a recently adopted legal limit of five such businesses.

The suburb’s Board of Mayor and Aldermen will consider two certificates of compliance for the potential stores on Monday, Sept. 22. The item is scheduled for the consent agenda. Unless the board amends the agenda, the compliance certificate will be considered among a list of items without discussion.
