Large ticketed events at residences are not allowed in Germantown with a few exceptions after the suburb’s officials tightened the language regarding “party houses.”

Monday night, city leaders updated their rules prohibiting ticketed events at homes. The vote was unanimous, drawing no discussion.

Aldermen discussed the matter at length in previous meetings.
