Germantown drops charge for year-round skeleton yard decorations
Germantown has dismissed an ordinance violation related to skeletons and holiday decorations that ended up in federal court, the city confirmed Monday, March 10.
The action is the latest in resolving the dispute between Alexis Luttrell, a resident of The Oaks, who was cited for a code violation after leaving her skeleton decorations up after Halloween. The city is expected to consider the first of three required readings Monday evening to amend the language regarding the holiday decorations.
