Developer says Lakeland Town Square phase 2 could start in spring
“We’re going to have a nice pavilion where Lakeland can hold different events,” Lakeland Town Square developer Vince Smith told the Lakeland Area Chamber of Commerce Oct. 27. “Maybe it’s the Boy Scouts selling Christmas trees. Maybe it’s the Girl Scouts selling cookies or maybe, if we’re lucky, it’s a farmers market one day in the summer.” (Mark Weber/Daily Memphian)
Vince Smith, developer of Lakeland Town Square, gave an update to the mixed-use project to the Chamber of Commerce at a luncheon meeting.
