Inked: Bank fitted for former fitness hub; new tenant coming to Crescent Center

TEKsystems in Crescent Center

TEKsystems signed a lease for a 4,027-square-foot space in the Crescent Center at 6075 Poplar Ave.

TEKsystems, a global provider of technology, business and talent solutions, is remodeling the space, according to a permit filed on the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development.

The remodel of the space will cost $318,544 and include new offices, meeting rooms, a reception area, a break room and new lighting and ceiling throughout. 

Ron Kastner and Patrick Reilly with CBRE represented the landlord. 

Thryve Chiropractic building bought for $685,000

The 1,840-square-foot building at 7603 U.S. 70 in Bartlett, where Thryve Chiropractic & Kinetics is located, has been sold to Shridhi Properties LLC for $685,000.

The former landlord, Appling Crossing, had renovated the building for Thryve Chiropractic.

Wilson McCloy of Crye Leike Commercial represented the buyer, and Jennifer Stewart of Gill Properties represented the seller.
