Tips for picking and serving sparkling wine as we uncork a new year

It’s the holidays, and there is no better way to celebrate than with a glass of sparkling wine!
Most folks refer to all sparkling wines as champagne, but that’s not really the case.
I asked Tiffany Werne, the Southeast Mid-Atlantic regional manager for the Italian winery Pasqua, to join me on “Sound Bites” to talk about my favorite holiday libation and to explain the difference.
