Team behind Cameo bringing fresh new concept to Cooper-Young

In the former Public Bistro space in Cooper-Young, something fresh is taking root.

Fawn is the latest restaurant concept from hospitality duo Paul Gilliam and Mary Oglesby, and they said it will offer an ingredient-driven dining experience that blends cozy familiarity with refined technique.

“I want every visit to feel like Sunday supper at your grandmother’s house,” Fawn chef Theresa Schuenke said. “Food that’s comforting, layered and meant to be shared.”
