Elemento will close in less than two weeks, but Crosstown's co-leader Todd Richardson hinted that the restaurant's space may not be empty for long.
At Elemento in Crosstown Concourse, Adrian Arcuri makes his own mozzarella and burrata. Making burrata is a fun experience, but you can also buy it the cheese counter at several local grocery stores. Paired with olive oil and a ripe tomato, it makes a perfect summer dinner.
It took a little while to get it together, but Elemento Neapolitan Pizza in Crosstown is turning out plenty of good pizzas and is adding panuzzo to the menu.
