Collierville Schools is launching an externship program exposing teachers to varying job experiences that could benefit their students.

Collierville interviewed two candidates for town administrator last week. One withdrew over the weekend, leaving Molly Mehner as the lone candidate under consideration. James Lewellen will soon retire after 27 years with the town.
