Inked: Crosstown development gets Memphis city funding

Two leased facilities bought by Atlanta-based firm

Atlanta-based industrial real estate firm Robinson Weeks Partners bought two fully leased buildings totaling 831,974 square feet in Olive Branch. 

The firm bought Legacy Park 7, a 448,942-square-foot building at 11363 Progress Way that is occupied by Wheeler Fleet Solutions, and Legacy Park 8, a 383,032-square-foot building at 11384 Progress Way that is occupied by Buske Logistics.
