Mobile command centers provide on-site emergency service

Shelby County’s largest three suburbs have their own mobile operations centers, a resource that provides resiliency and redundancy for the departments.
While functions on the truck can be done in an office, the vehicles allow the suburbs to perform operations on the scenes of emergencies or be a presence at large events.
