Recipe Exchange: Bar Limina’s Uncle T’s nightcap No. 2

When Bar Limina opens in the Edge District later this month, it plans to offer a twist on a classic Negroni.
The vermouth-based Uncle T’s nightcap No. 2, one of eight specialty cocktails on the new upscale bar’s menu, was created by bar manager Jenna Abu-Khraybeh a few years ago as a Negroni special.
“I wanted something a bit lighter and brighter than a traditional Negroni,” Abu-Khraybeh said.
