Bill Kloos is known across Memphis for all the cakes, cupcakes, cookies and bars he sells at his bakery, Frost Bake Shop.
But what cookie does Kloos make at home when he is craving something sweet? It’s a crispy cookie that his family has dubbed “Bill’s Favorite Cookies.”
True to their name, these unique, crispy-crunchy cookies deliver an irresistible texture thanks to a secret ingredient: crushed Special K cereal.
