There is nothing better than a summer tomato. Pair a ripe and juicy one with crispy bacon, and it’s a marriage made in heaven.
And the BLT from Kinfolk may be the best in Memphis.
Kinfolk chef and owner Cole Jeanes has taken the simple sandwich and made it sublime.
Over the years, Jeanes has become known for his elevated spins on classic Southern fare, including his grandmother’s cathead biscuits, on which he built a popular weekend breakfast pop-up at Downtown’s Comeback Coffee.
