Germantown police make arrest for April medical district fires

Germantown police arrested a Neshoba North resident last weekend for fires set at three buildings the suburb’s medical district earlier this year.
Richard Sniezak, 20, is in federal custody and was indicted by a grand jury on two counts of arson affecting interstate commerce. He was arrested during a traffic stop Saturday.
The fires occurred April 5, 13 and 14 in Wolf River Professional Center on the south side of Wolf River Boulevard, west of Germantown Road. Three structures affected several businesses, including dental and medical offices. Reid Realtors and Klazmer/Sklar share a building that was a total loss due to interior damage.
