International Paper announced it will outsource all information technology operations to the multinational technology firm Infosys.

Crescent Park Corp., an outsourcing packaging partner and fulfillment company, will close Dec. 31.

Most of the 152 employees will be laid off by early December.

The change is a result of “unforeseen regulator and economic uncertainties associated with the specialized health manufacturing industry,” according to documents.

The relationship with FedEx continues to be a game-changer for a Memphis sports department looking to keep up in the new revenue-sharing era.
