Erica Horton is a freelance writer in the Greater Memphis Area whose work has been published in various newspapers and online publications since high school. She earned her bachelor’s in Journalism and master’s in English at the University of Memphis. When she’s not reading, traveling or eating, she enjoys writing about reading, traveling and eating.

When Feast & Graze owner Cristina McCarter announced she was opening her restaurant in the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art, I was excited for her. When she told me she was opening a second location where customers could build their own charcuterie boards, I did a happy dance.

As a Lunchables-era millennial, I love a good charcuterie board. Still, no matter how fancy they are, sometimes I need a little more than meat, cheese and crackers. Thankfully, the Feast & Graze menu also has a tasty slate of salads, sandwiches and small plates, many of them under $15.
