Rick Spell had questions for the police.

Spell and his wife Sandy own the Brookhaven Pub & Grill and both local locations of Babalu. After a recent incident near Brookhaven, the police didn’t arrive for three hours.

So Spell and his attorney John Bobango arranged a meeting with C.J. Davis, the interim chief of the Memphis Police Department, and members of her staff.
