Crosstown Concourse announced in a release on Monday, May 20, that a new restaurant highlighting Vietnamese culture and cuisine will take over the Wolf River Brisket space, which concluded its operations on Sunday, May 19.

Wolf River Brisket has opened in Crosstown Concourse, bringing smoked brisket, chicken and salmon to the restaurant space where Next Door American Eatery was until COVID started.
One restaurant specializes in Texas-style smoked, beef brisket and smoked salmon, and the other features fried or grilled chicken tenders. Both are owned by the same company, and both are coming to Crosstown Concourse this fall.
