Campbell clinic accused shooter previously charged with attempted murder

The Daily Memphian obtained a Shelby County Sheriff’s Office incident reports that say Pickens, who is charged in the killing of Dr. Ben Mauck, was arrested and charged with criminal attempt of first-degree murder in 2016 and aggravated assault in 2014.
