What Daily Memphians think*

“That is sad that the old Union Planters building at Park is going to be demolished. It is such unique architecture to be replaced by yet another chicken place (Gus' and Abner’s isn’t enough for the area?)” — Daniel Chamberlin about Food Files: Old Mellow Mushroom to become Bojangles

“Felony charged. Loss of job and all benefits attributed including pension related. This is a total breach of a paid law enforcement person. Make it HARSH.” — Mark Benton about Two corrections deputies charged with smuggling drugs into jail

“Excellent news! As a former employee, I know how these upgrades will enhance the campus and expand the pride and morale of the staff and students. Best wishes for securing the funding and making it happen.” — Cynthia Cannon about UTHSC has plans for new $350M building
