Operation Rolling Thunder resulted in 160 arrests, including 50 known gang members, according to the Memphis Police Department. But MPD only revealed names of 49 people who it said were arrested during the operation.
“Once it passes into history,” said a fan, “we will have lost another unique part of what makes Midtown, Midtown.”
